I wanted to get a set of bespoke shirts as a gift to myself. I visited the Turnbull & Asser shop in NYC, and I know they offer bespoke shirting. Can you get bespoke Charvet in NYC? Any other suggestions for a great shirt?

Word from on high ... if you want Charvet ... go to Paris.

Yes. They are building a space for it. They have Samuelson-made MTM, St. Andrews-MTM for a softer model, and full bespoke now. They have a sample model of the "house cut." They are going to offer bespoke shirts, in edition to their MTM shirts, which are actually cheaper than their RTW shirting even though they are made in NY. It was designed by Mark Rykken, he founded the PS store in Chicago, was manager at Saks NYC and owned Alan Flusser Custom for many years well.

If you're willing to pay Charvet bespoke prices maybe you should look up Alex Kabbaz.

Doesn't Kabbaz have a 10 shirt minimum? There seems to be some aura to Charvet
