Thanks guys. I used to treat my shoes with neutrals but they always leave white residues at the creases, well now they've a new purpose

Err, then what is neutral polish for? For neutral coloured shoes?

As stated above, neutral polish has a solvent which will remove earlier layers of wax. Why Santoni advises against neutral polish? What i have found from this forum is that antiquing on Santoni shoes is applied through using different color polishes after the leather has been finished and the shoe has been made. So if you use a neutral polish or any other colored polish containing a solvent it lifts the layers of previously applied polish and also the antiquing applied the 'Santoni' way.

Well, I buy neutral shoe polish for shoes with odd colours and most manufacturers would not come up with shoe polish for those colours. If there are problems with using neutral shoe polish on some of my shoes with antiquing, I wonder what shoe polish should I use for them!

That's a good point. I tried the neutral polish again and it doesn't really clean the shoe as in the video, altough it does remove buildups. To be honest it's really about the solvent/turpentine content. Any newly opened tin will do the trick, as it gets older the less solvent is left to work with.
