That's a nice find! I do like their Dan jackets with patch pockets.

I've been after this blazer in 40 as well. Sadly the price on the Scandinavian yoox sites is around €450.

If you do want to part with it do let us know :)

It looks like there’s another one in size 40. Do you have a proxy?

Think it a safe bet to assume more tailoring will be released in subsequent drops? I'd be very curious to see if they make a taupe jacket to match the trousers. I know they didn't with the darker taupe flannels of F/W, but that would make for a pretty cheeky summer suit, I'd think.

FWIW, the raglan coat is cut a lot slimmer than it used to be. I have a version from three years ago, and received a coat in the same size last week. It's slimmer, shorter, with shorter sleeves. Had to return it to size up.

I'm not really enamoured with the material, either: It's a bit too light, with not enough drape. It doesn't "hang" properly from my shoulders. But the fabric looks really good, and it has a much larger collar than my first version, making it look much better. The first iteration of their raglan had a collar way too small, making it look weird without a scarf. I got the brown glencheck.

In fairness, the more recent set of Nisse raglan coats were all made with lighter fabrics as I think B&B's intent was to release a spring version. So the brown check, the dark brown, and the navy all have 400 g fabric whereas I believe the fall/winter coats were each 500 g. I have the fall/winter version and, while I think the fabric could be heavier and the drape cleaner, 500 g is a versatile weight that takes me through more of the year.

That might be. Although all of this season's coats were similarly described as being mid weight winter coats, suitable for fall and spring.

Anyways, at 50% off, the coat is a definite steal.

Hey everybody,

My 40R NWT navy seersucker SC arrived from YOOX, and it doesn’t fit as well as I’d hope.

First person to PM me can have it at cost + shipping (I paid $122USD with a 20% off coupon).

This piece here:

Digging these new Alf chinos, which kind of remind me of the Armoury's sport chino. Can be a little tough to find more casual, machine-washable chinos with a higher rise.

You should check out Casatlantic if you haven't already. Also a swedish brand. I have a pair and I am very happy with it. Probably better value than B&B.

Nice one, might try the Tanger in white.

The Alf model looks to be very small in the hips / butt, but I hope I am wrong. I tried the Arnold model before, which was advertised to be "high waisted and roomy", but it had a ridiculously small hip / back rise / crotch area, and on me they weren't high waisted at all.

The Casatlantic Tanger chinos are much better in that respect; the Mogador is, unfortunately, also pretty tight in the butt.

I think the Anton and Antonio are advertised as the more generous models

Men's fashion continues to discriminate against thicc bois
