1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

    Wait...you found a Mulsanne for $185k?

Edit: Nevermind. I'm guessing you mean you found a FS for that price. The Mulsanne is $300K-ish

if you pay someone to drive you, why are you concerned with being "ostentatious"?

Maybe I'd check both? Anyway, this whole subforum is a bunch of people asking whether to buy one product or another. Which they could do in each product's own specialist type of forums but no they come here because they're curious about our thoughts. Why do you take umbrage at that?

The Mulsanne is gorgeous. I see Flying Spurs in these parts often, so they no longer excite me, but I get giddy when I see a Mulsanne. Saw one last weekend while in Chicago.

my boss' wife has a continental GT..i think 05 or 06.. the CD player/Navigation CD player in it broke + a maintenance for the car...final bill was like $22k. its a lot to fix since there are limited places to service.

but 3k miles is practically new, so what the hell, go for it.

It obviously comes down to personal preference.... I'd rather drive, I really don't like being driven.

I only like driving when there isn't a purpose or I don't have to be someplace at a specified time

Likewise, but I'll be the first to admit the world is a safer place when I'm a passenger instead of a driver.
