Benjamin suit fit *photos* - need feedback

I just purchased a Benjamin Classico 40R suit. The jacket seems to fit better than most I have tried otr. I was debating between 40R and 40L and depending on the brand I wear both. It feels just right in the torso and it seems my belly is pushing out the bottom button a little but I'm working on that i think the sleeves need to come out a bit? any feedback is much appreciated.

It's too small/short near the waist (not something that losing a few pounds would correct), and the pocket flaps highlight that. Also, any suit probably would need tailoring in the upper back, due to postural issues.

...shoulders look ok. Chest and waist look too small.

Jacket is way to short.
