Ben Silver Regimental Ties

Ben Silver regimentals are 3 1/4" unless you specify "wide" in which case they are 3 5/8" (I think). They are fine ties, and used to be a good deal, but at $95, not so much any more.

I picked up some Silver ties through the closeout portion of the website for about $45. I was happy with the quality at that price. I would not have been happy paying $95 for one of the ties. Talbott regimentals can be had for $65 (I believe) which are superior in quality.

Don't they just source these from Benson & Clegg like their blazer buttons?

I think they did years ago, but the ties now say "made in the USA" and the silk seems better. B&C ties are really quite bad, honestly, but you get what you pay for.

Hmmm...I haven't bought one of their ties for years. I agree that the old ones suck.
