HELP ME!

As i started to really fall in love with shoes i got a pretty decent collection of shoes (in my opinion<-- Im 19!).
but my problem is that i really do not know how to combine these shoes with belts in general.

(my shoes: black double monk straps, burgundy penny loafers, florsheim wingtips shell, brown loafers, black wingtips, brown suede tassel loafers, sand colored suede chukkas)

(my belts: black, brown, brown suede, green white)

how should i combine belts with shoes??

Black shoes=black belt
Brown shoes=brown belt.

I think you want to stay close in color, so dark brown shoes should be worn with a brown belt that's close to the same shade.

We have discussed this to death. And I know before the OP hit the button on this thread many suggestions popped up.

From this point on only buy the good Shell shoes like Alden's for example. I have 12 pair of Alden Shell's some I bought in the late 80's and they look better now than they did when they were bought (patina baby!)! Two pair are being restored because the soles were getting thin but they are a long term wardrobe investment IMHO.

Going to order some Revello Blutcher Cap Toes today---a hole on my collection but not for long. Last one I need now is some Longwings's in Whiskey but they are are on order and will be here this fall sometime.
