belt accessories

Hello... I have been trying to work out for the last hour what the hell this would be called... Basically in the links below is a picture from Dragon Tiger Gate the film, the guys in this picture on the left and right have a belt strap key chain thing that am assuming goes to a wallet or is just an accessory... can anyone tell me what its called because I want to buy one simler to these ones... I've always known these as being called a wallet chain. Other names I am unaware of.
