I still have my family's tradermark love handles even with a thin frame, and it would take a ridiculous amount of cardio for years, (or lipo) to get rid of it. This is different than just being a fat-ass and eating everything in sight and blaming it on genetics.

You're waistcoat is a bit short in that pic. With your frame you might want to consider going bespoke. I like the look though.

I've seen many people, both men and women, become significantly more attractive because of being well dressed. Some things can't be helped, some can. Work on the things that can, forget the rest.

Moral: No matter what you look like naked you will always look better dressed well.

Many people would disagree with you there when it comes to women, but good fitting clothing, and good style can definitely make you more attractive and it is supposed to.

Come to think of it, the only time I log on the internet to look at pictures of men is when I am looking at how they look in awesome clothes.

****?

Well tailored clothing can hide minor "glitches."
It cannot hide a "system failure."

QFT! Good point: dress doesn't only keep us warm, it is also a statement of culture and -as you said- can, if applied with expertise, even enhance our appearance!
