For owners of bespoke shoes, what are advice for those who want to order their 1st pair of bespoke shoes? How do you describe the patina combination? Do you use Pinterest or other apps to express your ideas?

I have flat feet and wear orthotics everyday in my RTW shoes so I would glady pay any amount of money and travel far & wide across oceans and mountains to find a good bespoke shoemaker.
