They don't seem to offer shipping outside of Japanese prefectures, so I would recommend using tenso.com. You can either order it and have it shipped to their warehouse where they will, for a fee, ship it to you. Or you can have them order it for you so you don't have to worry about having a credit card with a Japanese address (sometimes this can be an issue).

If you don't want to go through sending Tenso your photo ID, personalshopperj.com is better. I've used him loads. And if you see something on a site that's not in their online store, he'll send someone there to buy it in person.
