UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, I will be postponing my trip to New York. I will be contacting individual clients personally to discuss this. I will endeavour to arrange a new date as soon as possible.

It mildly surprises me how some people have the time for "blogs" and internet conversations.

I've been in little contact with Darren.

I am no Pollyanna when it comes to him.

However, those seeking to jump on him could do so for other reasons than a visit he cancelled for health reasons last year. I don't think he was making it up as he had been having chest pains on his previous visit in spring last year and spent time in hospital between US visits at that time. To have planned that far ahead would have been pointless. That said, I have no idea what his reasons are in this case, nor do I wish to speculate.

I am not Darren's keeper, nor his lawyer.

It would appear that if you have had a bad experience with Mr Beaman the best way to contact him is via the Englisg Courts. He seems to ignore other correspondence of any type.

Not that helps our friends stateside although if you do visit the UK it might work. Proceedings can be issued on the Internet via the Courts Service website.
