You know, I always thought the pigeon-toed, shoe-gazing, hunched-shouldered, "I'm so deep, and I cut myself to Death Cab" look was the province of emo kids...

I'm no skull fanatic either but Rye's skull cardigan from McQueen is pretty damn awesome.

I like their tee's not much else, I've got a V-necked and a pretty good crewneck from SS08 I think.

[christ-like topic resurrection] Does anyone has any experience with Bblessing pieces besides their tees, mainly the harrington-like jackets and the trousers (sizing ?) ? Is it worth the retail price ? They seem to share the same plain - (boring)- quality basics vibe than Ervell and Loden Dager stuff -which they also carry - but it's pretty difficult to get an idea of the quality based on the webshop pics.

I've never owned (until this weekend) any of their collection but it was more a matter of price and that "basic" aesthetic than them not being well-made. I liked the stuff I saw back in their store in Jan and I liked what Mauro picked up for s/s but like with Ervell, LD, and to an extent the late Obedient Sons, their stuff was super basic and a touch expensive for what it was.

Thanks who. yeah, it's always a bit difficult to justify full retail for this kind of pieces, but I'm really into the plain unadorned aesthetic they convey. I'm eyeing a couple of items, if the quality is there might worth a try at sale prices... I'll report back my findings.
