Pretty sure, I bought a pair
By the way, are these really navy? Because they sure look like it:
Let me know how you like them.
The description says black, could be the way they took the flash photography.
Awesome mystical Coniston boots for $325. Lets buy some mysticism.
Yeah I think you're right. Was hoping they'd made a mistake in their description. Oh well, I may still like them in black, we'll see
they really look like navy.. but i think they're black: http://www.styleforum.net/t/265796/...ck-cap-toe-coniston-boot-10-5d-crockett-jones
would've kop too if they were navy.. oh well
looks charcoal/black to me
Anyone get the poncho?
I was thinking about it, but the pattern did not match my floral upper, velvet inner lined rain shoes so I passed.
Got the boots in and wore them around a bit. Probably going to send back though, due to versatility. Love the look and comfort, but the matte finish in black of a nubuck boot just really limits what you can do with them
As most others stated, I wish they were another color.
Yep almost any other color and it's a no brainer
Talk of the color of the boots reminds me that I have a pair of BBBF black suede shoes from a couple or so seasons ago. I've never worn them because it's hard to find an occasion for black suede bluchers. As Furo points out, he color is not versatile enough for regular wear.
Thats too bad. They would be awesome with some dark denim and a black suede jacket.
What's worse was the chalk stripe flannel trousers I ordered. They came without belt loops or side tabs to cinch at the waist, and they aren't even designed for use w/ suspenders either
So all of my BBBF items are going back
I like the longwings from the sale. However, my ties were disasters. They sent me random ties instead of the wool ones and when I called them, they had no solution except to return them.
