BB has a sale on Peal (made in England) wingtips in white pebble grain for 195. Last time around the natuals were dyed to make great patinas. Can this be done with the whites?
(for others who may be interested there is a BB gift card for 20% off on B&S, so I'm looking at paying 160 - I have no affilitation with the seller)

Probably not - the finish on the pebble grain is pretty heavily painted on.
