I am going to purchase some BB Milano chinos but I am not sure what inseam measurement to choose 32 32 or 32 34. I was thinking of getting the 32 34 and then hemming them if they are not correct but I was wondering if this would affect the overall fit. Do they make 32 inch waist pants all the same proportions and then just hem them differently or do they scale the rise and thighs according to waist and inseam? (I need as slim as possible pants as I am very skinny)
Thanks in advance!

if you're unsure, go 32 34, wash them and dry them, then have them hemmed. the normal cotton pants do shrink, although the advantage chinos don't seem to shrink.

Get the 31X32s and let them out at the waist. Rise on dem is 9.5". They fit me perfectly in the waist but I'm truthfully a 9.75" rise man. Cut the nuts a little but bitches love it. Cheap and decent.

It's been my experence that, when getting the longer length, that the rise and leg also seem to grow. Since I can't even buy RTW in right inseam, I've learned to go with the closest, and have shortened. At times I've gotten a much longer length, I end up with baggy crotch and pant legs.
