BB severe issues

I've had a lot of issues with BB over the summer, but let it go because eventually they took care of it. This is a different story, though. I've ordered nothing else recently, and being charged this amount of money for these socks (which I had returned because they were duplicates I had mistakenly ordered) is insane. And I just checked my CC bill... they actually did charge this.

Understand your frustration, seems like a glitch in the shopping cart software and possibly things on backorder.

Seems like an isolated incident, bad luck. Just let them know and they will fix it right away.

^ Is that sled-dog courier shipping to Antarctica? If so, I would have ordered more than three pair. Maybe six.

It's far from an isolated incident. Like I said, they've been messing up all Summer. I contacted them when I received the above email and they said 'it's our software. you won't get charged.' A couple days later, and I've been charged.

You need wool socks in Antarctica.
