Baume & Mercier Recommended AD?

Please recommend an AD for the above brand (PM for known % discounts). My friend has decided upon a B&M Auto Hampton as a wedding gift. Please do not provide suggestions for alternative timepieces since I've already exhausted that particular route.

+1. But since it's a gift, and you want to stick with an AD, I'd look on the B&M website and start calling ADs. Since you know exactly what you want, you can get some offers (offer to pay cash and you can save). They'll probably drag their feet on giving you a concrete number, but make it clear your ready to buy. Also, I've used other AD offers to get the same price at my local dealer. Or take in some prices from grey retailers on the net. They likely can't match it, but it'll give you leverage.

you can buy them at costco and they'll give you a great price and give you a 1 year exchange warranty (just exchange it for a new watch if something goes wrong.) It almost seems better than waiting a few months for repairs.

Get the extended warranty for B&M. You'll need it.

You can also call a few out of state authorized dealers to see if they will ship it to you without charging sales tax.
