Hah, sounds exactly like me. 22, black overpacked Nautica wallet that I got when I was 16 from Macy's. It's falling apart now and I'm trying to find a new one...and I'm hoping to beat you to the TF but probably won't

If it does not fit in here, I don't need it! I got tired of carrying way too much. Driver's permit, health card, corp Amex, personal CC, 2 debit cards (1 personal, one biz), business cards. A little spare room to add on a specific need basis.

The Launer and Ettinger both look great.

In a lower price range, anyone tried the saddleback ones? Not quite as formal, but formal enough for anything I'd think.

Take your 1-4 ordering and reverse it: that's my ranking. Though I hate to have to put the Smythson first, since David Cameron's wife has got her paws in that company.

The pebblegrain Testoni wallet on Gilt now isn't bad; basic, slim, 8 slots.

I love this Smythson -- six card slots and it looks like only one currency section (it's precisely what I need) -- but £140.00? Perhaps I'm getting cheap...

Yeah. If your name is Terwilliger Fjorddottir, or Tresvant Frankenschauger. Perfect for you

That's the one I posted. I think I'm going to go with that one. Or the 8 card version.

http://www.makr.com/wallets MAKR Carry Goods - Angle Wallet (essentially a card case) - Kangaroo leather. Super thin and strong, holds cards well. Leffot's Fold Horween billfold - great alternative to a money-clip Buy both and get solid leather, good functionality, for less than most of the wallets in this thread.
