I'm trying to decide on a belt and I think i've narrowed it down to either this Atelier LaDurance or this Tanner Belt

I typically wear flathead f310's or Apc NS. Price is roughly the same after shipping. Any suggestions or just flip a coin?

My only experience is with Tanner out of the two but I would certainly recommend them.

IMO the width on the ALD belt is too much

Those two are great belts but they're at totally different price points

I had a "saddle" belt made to measure for me by Unlucky. It is a great belt for the price ($50) but my only gripe is that it is very thick and can be hard to get through the belt loops of my APC NS, but with my other jeans its no problem. Also it is quite wide and can be a pain to wear with higher rise jeans so when you bend over you can expect the buckle in your gut.

I'm not very knowledgable about belts but I love the buckle on the Tanner belt.

You sure you didn't misspell that last bit?

I was actually timing how fast it would take you to gay up the thread after I posted. A whole 13 minutes. You are really slacking doc.

13 mins? Might need to take your glasses back to LensCrafter, douchebag.

As far as the belts go, I picked up a Crate belt during my trip in LA. The belts were made by a company in LA that has been making saddles for ages with old clients like Roy Rogers if I'm not mistaken. The leather is really top notch and wears in very quickly.

I'm going to go ahead any shamelessly throw my hat in the ring here.

I can make you a belt in any color, width, or length with any buckle for a pretty good price. And it'll be one-of-a-kind, made for you.

If this post is too "advertisey", I apologize.

I think you should brush up on your 3rd grade math. I will give you a multiple choice word problem.

If John posts about a belt buckle on an internet forum at 4:43 PM (EST) and then at 4:56 Albert replies with a joke about sinful sexual acts...How long did it take Albert to post his response?

A) 10 seconds
B) Ice Cream
C)13 minutes
D) AIDS
