Hey all

Been looking to add in a field jacket to my growing fall/winter wardrobe. It's come down to these 3 ...I've already scourged thru my local Macys, Nordstrom, , JCP, etc but didn't really find anything to my liking.

My key points are fit (I'm slim build ...5"9, 165lbs so prefer jackets that have a slim/tailored fit) , quality (good material) and something that's slightly rainproof especially in fall/winter (I live in Sacramento, California so no sub freezing temps or snow but we do get a lot of rain/wind).

However, these 3 look promising and all have solid reviews but I can only afford one!

1) Kuhl Kollusion Field (waxed finish, 5k weatherproof fabric)

2) Peter Manning Field Jacket (really really good reviews but no hoodie ...don't think it's waterproof either):

3) JCrew Field Jacket (another popular field jacket..really nothing I can dislike)

What doya say? Any first hand experience with any of these?

TIA!
