Pretty badass and intense. Definitely predictable and pretty cheesy at times. Like really cheesy. All the effects, gunfights, explosions, etc were awesome.

Hated the annoying "always too zoomed in for dramatic effect" camera (I don't need to just be able to see his left eye, nostril and side of his mouth to know what he is saying is important or meaningful) and the "always shakey so it feels gritty and realistic" camera as well.

it sucked that there was dialogue.....could have been a good movie.

It's not Citizen Kane. It's Blackhawk Down with aliens and no historical relevance.

Just lots of guns and aliens and explosions, and canned dialog.

I knew what I was getting in to, was able to suspend disbelief for 2 hours, and I enjoyed it for what it was.
