Anyone else play this when they were younger?

i loved that game.

i put it on two player mode so i can manouever all the pieces around so i can see all the different types of killings.

they even have a 'glitch'? in that program where a king can kill a king.

That game was so badass. I remembered it about 3 years ago and searched every inch of my house for the old disk, but never found it. so pissed.

I remember it, but it was obnoxious so I stuck with my pink and yellow flourescent chess set.

Yes. I loved this game. When my friend and i were in 1st grade we played this but my mom wouldn't let us because it was too violent. So we snuck around and played battle chess when she wasn't home or around.

We were true badass rebel 1st graders

What a blast from the past. This and MS Paintbursh on Windows 3.0 were my first exposure to the PC. Before that it was all Word Munchers on the Apple II.

I recall playing this game as well - and not being able to find the disk later on.
