1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Yeah, some of the ones I've seen looks terrible too. Like there wasn't much effort put into making it.

I'm good with most of the designs, just feel they are over doing it with them. It's marketing overkill for a movie everyone is going to go see anyways.

They are starting to over do it. The first few were pretty good and sufficient enough for the entire marketing campaign. No need for overkill.

Maybe hey are ramping up the marketing to try and out do the avengers at the boxoffice??

Everyone was getting amped for TDKR and now that the Avengers has done well above expectations, TDKR wants a piece of the action.

More than likely. Some of the new artwork looks like it was just thrown together. Here's a couple of new banners just released. These two defnitely look like they were just thrown together.

Are these official banners that will be printed and hung up or just designs being released to the web?

I still have hope for a scene of Bane's men deciding to free everyone from Arkham and leaving Joker's cell alone with a reference to him being too dangerous to let out.

Nolan said they do not acknowledge the joker character in any form in this movie out of respect for Heath Ledger.
