Let me just clear up a few things:

- Yes, that's Bruce with a cane. He has it with him all throughout the trailer.
- Bane is most likely not going to break Batman's back like he did in the comics.
- The "training room" you all see in the trailer is probably a prison. I'm thinking Bane imprisons the wealthy folks of Gotham and Bruce has to climb his way out after preparing/training to fight Bane one last time.

Nothing too spoilery, but I find the part about Catwoman's heels very interesting. Could turn out that one of the biggest complaints people online have had so far, turns into something awesome on the big screen.
