I have a Barbour ashby jacket in the smallest size available and it's still too long (I am 5'6" and it almost looks like a topcoat). I was wondering if it was possible to have it shortened by about 2-2.5 inches in length and possibly move the patch pockets up as well. I drew on a picture on their site to illustrate what I'm going for:
What are your thoughts? Is this a reasonable task for a tailor to do?
