While I don't doubt that there is a lawyer willing to take her case, she has personally done more damage to her public image and family name than this stunt.

All the same, IMHO that is a bold stroke of genius.

The city of London and various museums have given up trying to nail the guy for the graffiti and hanging his own art... While I am sure that Paris has money and resources, I think that it would be an unrewarding experience for her
