Slideshow here:

but I can't find the article online. Anybody have had experience with them? I can't comment on their work, but I think it's a tad bit of an exaggeration to claim:

Raja's Fashions, a Bangkok institution, produces the fastest quality custom-tailored suits in all of Asia

That does indeed strike me as an exaggeration. I've only seen and handled their shirts, and they were nothing extraordinary -- felt like a $30 department store dress shirt.

What a joke! Raja's quality is horrible. There are worse in Bangkok but I don't see the average AAAC member being even close to satisfied with their quality. There are hundreds of tailors in Bangkok that will produce the same quality suit in the same or less time. The cheap and sometimes not-so-cheap tailors that cater to the tourists all outsource to the same couple of sweatshops. The only difference is in their house styling, ability or lack of to measure you correctly, and to some extent available fabrics.

The only reason why Raja and Rajawongse are so popular is that they are right next to that big sex tourist hangout on Soi 4. If you took one look at the way 99% of the people around there are dressed, including the people visiting those tailors, then you'd realize that they are only popular with people who know nothing about well-made clothes.

For all the praise, you think they would have bothered to show someone wearing a completed Raja suit.
