Steely Dan's music is Rhodes heavy. It's about the only thing Donald Fagen plays, aside from the melodica.
I believe Manzarek played a Wurlizter electric piano and a Vox Continental organ much more with the Doors. You hear Wurlitzer on "Riders on the Storm." Live, Manzarek also used a Rhodes piano bass keyboard since the band did not perform with a bass player.

Maybe not your cup of tea musically, but the playing of Herbie Hancock (w/ the Headhunters) and Chick Corea (Return to Forever) , 70's - 80's vintage jazz fusion relies heavily on the sound of the Fender Rhodes. Check it out.
