I am a fan of the banded collar, but not a fan of showing the wrapped necktie around the neck. This unique combination of a banded collar and a clipon necktie creates a unique look, I think? What do you guys think about this style? Have you seen this style combination before? Has anyone seen clip-on bowties? Thanks Eric Glennie

This nothing like the EG designs I've come to know. I still don't have a clue what is it that you've altered to the original tie and shirt. Looks perfectly "normal."

Fashion is also about showing traditional designs in an unusual context such as a necktie knot around a necklace as such.

I think the shirt is a normal band collar, but the necktie doesn't go around the neck. It somehow sticks to the collar? Velcro perhaps?

Calling someone "a troll" is a testament to your ignorance and narrow-minded view of the world. E.G.'s ideas are nonconventional, and while their formations are in part creative and in part schizophrenic, I am both entertained and thrilled by his creations. I'm certain that we will see one of his ideas becoming mainstream in the future. I think what Eric has contributed most to men's fashion is the abstraction of form and style, design elements we may not wear, yet subconsciously move toward in our everyday wardrobe selections. I think people should give him a chance to post his ideas here. A wise man once said, "no creative genius goes unrewarded, as long as your ideas are not stolen"
