just because they're selvedge doesn't mean they're good quality (eg uniqlo, gap morrisson). the converse is also true (eg early ande whall, apc).

The denim itself is nothing special. I think the cut is also not very flattering. I wouldn't buy them.

I got some, albeit slim cut, from them for much less in 08's autumn. They are nice.

To OP: If you're looking for a cheap, raw jean, consider these instead? If you size them down, the legs get quite slim pretty fast.
