I have some pants with waistbands that tend to curl/roll.
I had planned on having Ban-Rol material installed in one particularly difficult pair to see if it would solve the problem but see that (after sourcing the material online) Ban-Rol comes in different sizes (1 inch, 1 1/4, etc).
What is the goal when using this material? Do you try to get a size that exactly corresponds to the height (?) of the waistband? Does it need to be smaller than the waistband height to fit properly? Is there a rule of thumb?
I would greatly appreciate any input.
