Balenciaga and SAINT lAurent slip on sizing??? true to size or not?

hello guys i am on the market for some slip on shoes.
balenciaga and SLP skates are on my radar. how is szing?

i am a euro 43 in most but am 42 in balenciaga arenas. have no experience with SLP.
should i size down in both? thanks.
