Bad News for anyone who wants some Japanese Repos

On a tangent, the term "Japanese Repros" has always caused some sort of heated debate. And it is not limited to Premium Jeans. For example, every sneaker heads know that Bape copies the style of Nike AF1 and adidas superstar.....Bape said it is paying "homage" to these classics shoes. Granted, you can say those Japanese products have better quality and better colours, but aren't they just a copy of the originals?

I would say Levis is quite hypocritical if it only sues companies that make crappy 501 copies while leaving say SDA untouched. In fact, I think the report mentions that Levis is suing many compnies not just those premium Japanese brand.
