Back drape - where and how much?

I like to be able to move around in my jackets, so I asked for some drape in the shoulders. Here's what I got:

I think the center between the blades should be cleaned up, but I'm not sure about the shoulders. Manton posted this picture, which he says is too much (I hope he doesn't mind my linking to it here):

So, I guess my question is--how much is too much? Should the drape be higher or lower in the shoulder?

If you would, please include pictures of what you consider to an ideal back drape, or examples of too much or too little. Thanks!

Nobody, huh?

I was thinking that the drape in the lower back should be cleaned up, but the drape preserved in the upper shoulder along the armhole.

Am I on the right track?
