Baby acne in the back of my arms.

I've had these mini bumps of acne in the back of my arms for the longest time. I saw a dermatologist about 10 years ago and he prescribed lac-hydrin, which didn't do anything for it. It's not painful or anything, just unsightly.

I don't wear no sleeve tank tops because of the embarassment factor. The acne only appears in the back of my biceps on the arm. Nothing on the forearm. If I wear a regular t-shirt, it's covered up perfectly.

Anybody got this and how did they get over it?

i have the same thing. sucks. I heard that if you cut out most dairy from your diet, that it helps. I started doing it about 2 months ago and have noticed some pretty good results. But i'm not sure if its just the summer/humidity thats also helping.

Take more baths rather than showers (to remove more dead skin) and get some of those exfoliating gloves.
Don't overuse the gloves though as it will make you sore. Once or twice a week.

Under what possible conditions would you wear a "wife beater" in the first place?

Wow, I have had this since high school and never knew what it was until now. I always thought it was acne caused by my habit of wiping my sweaty forehead on my shirt sleeves when working out or playing sports

If it's caused by too much keratin production in the skin, is there really anything that can be done for it topically?

It is the preferred undershirt of some such as myself. I wear one daily under my dress shirt and much prefer it to a t-shirt or v-neck.
