Here are the restrictions:
-Reserve voucher must be redeemed online only by May 31, 2012.
-No refunds. Azalea will issue an exchange for the same item or items of equal value only within 7 days of purchase.
-Vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed in full. No credits will be issued for partial use.
-Vouchers cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases. Voucher may not be applied towards tax or shipping costs.
