I can't really tell. The hardware doesn't look exactly like the Kyrre, but the measurement he posted seems approximately right. Obviously the seller has no feedback and I couldn't find a completed listing for this jean on ebay...

I had to go through 3 pairs before I found a legit ES on eBay. Contact the buyer and make sure to ask where they got them from and more detailed pics.

"I bought it off eBay in the wrong size" sounds like bs to me.
