1. I'd like to announce that animated avatars are now available again. You'll have to reload, but they are once more possible.

We've been doing a ton of work behind the scenes. The site load speed was already under 1/2 of what Huddler's was, on average, and we installed cloudflare, which means that the site should be even faster. A ton more will go on in the weeks and months to come, and some things will be more visibile, and some less.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Oh my god! Gerry Nelson and I work in the same building! I recognised that shirt and tie combo and those shoes!

Gerry, I was the guy waiting for the lift in the grey sweater and the jeans today. Haha.

Funny I was just about to put something up about the embroidery. We are now going to have to machine embroider the logo rather than hand stitch it after the tie maker did a few tests and the detail was not great. So I have sent the logo off for digitizing for embroidery already. One thing to understand with embroidery, especially at the size we will be doing (2.5cm wide) it at is the detail wont be as good as a print out or what it looks on your screen. So we need to be realistic with our expectations of the amount of detail in the logo, even with machine embroidery but I appreciate it's your design so lets just wait till it comes back from the digitizers and go from there.

Also if everyone that is still outstanding can arrange both the deposits I've pm'd you about and just as importantly the width/length you would like either today or over the weekend would be appreciated as I can't place the order until I have everyones measurements. I was asked if a bank deposit was ok which it is for anyone that doesn't have a paypal account, so just PM me for my bank details if this is easier.

    Cheers guys

No worries, 8 or 9cm width and 150 or 146cm length.

Gotta love getting an email from P Johnson advising of a kit arrival!

I don't think I've been as excited over a piece of clothing ever.

FYI endless.com is having 20% off most Allen Edmonds dress shoes (and some other "formal" styles) ($10 shipping to Aus with DHL). Also 7.5/8% cashback with ebates/fatwallet. So a pretty reasonable price all up.

That's fantastic! I wonder if the discount applies to shoe trees as well. Can't beat the shipping cost!

    Bit of advice Sydney people.

Im expecting a delivery of my first pair of nice shoes and wanted to get the correct types of polish so they can look spanking (they are second hand but gotta start somewhere).

SF has a lot about saphir products. Is there anywhere in Sydney i can source it- or should i look to get it in? They are black shoes by the way.

    Cheers

Pretty sure you can't buy Saphir products in Sydney, with purchasing them from overseas being the only option.
