Just wierd if you ask me. The clash of styles, formality and weather-appropriateness just makes zero sense to my eye. Makes it a costume.

That is what I was thinking. It’s a 40R, which is a fairly popular size, and a quick search on eBay found no other HB 3 piece suits.

I'm more fascinated by the lovely Asian ladies who wear thick coats and scarves all wrapped up up top and short skirts down bottom. Brightens up my cloudy wintery days without fail.

Blah, you'd be like a dog that chases cars.

If you ever caught one you wouldn't know what to do with it.

Think they are known as 'pasties' in the industry.

I heard stories from muso mates of accadacca in London. Bon would get around in the daytime wearing dandy suits and carnaby street gear and take a shopping plastic bag with ripped jeans and wifebeater to change into at gigs.

Thanks for this. Trust me, that is a muted pink, but pass this way if you have no use for them.....

I got a few pairs of Viccel socks and found them to be waaaay too thin, and also to start developing holes almost immediately. Not sure why they're as popular as they are tbh. My go-to is Gold Toe merino in any colour as long as it's navy.

Stingrays in Melbourne? Very odd, today the sun is out in Canberra, all I know is 'today is a good day to wash'.

ps anyone with any experience of washing the smell of lynx out of clothing. Wife mixed mine and son's up and my singlets reek of lynx have to wash them again.

Ah those were the days. When I used to try smell nice for the girls with lynx accelerate and girls wear impulse. Lynx shouldn't hang around for too long. Just air it a bit mire.

They are very thin, even in winter weight. Far thinner than what I am used to. My shoes feel a bit too big now (leather meets in the middle on my AE park aves...) and my feet feel like they might slip around inside. If you like thick socks, these aren't for you. We'll see. I might end up returning them and checking out the Gold Toes if they don't work out. I do like how they look though.
