    No experience of Epaulet but I have a Boglioli blazer which I love (and want more of). Think they are pretty decently priced if you look around. Hypothetically you could try on in Australia somewhere Am sure some helpful SFer posted some places you could get them....if only I could remember their user name...

    I'm thinking I might stop chucking these up unless it's something a bit different, as most of the days to follow will be similar combinations. Unfortunately my wardrobe is rather small at the moment, but as new things trickle in and are used I'll post things up, unless anyone would really like me to keep going?

    @Gerry and Blah - Nice!

    I think someone recently asked if Allen Edmonds shoes could be purchased in Aus - I think the response was no (or do I have that wrong?).

    Anyway, saw someone yesterday with a box of AEs in a "Tom James" bag and a check of their site suggests they do provide them in the Aus market through their spaces in SYD and MEL - has anyone used TJ?

    I own the Caine Hopsack blazer. It's excellent. So good that I've ordered the matching pants which should arrive soon. I own a lot of other things from them too which are all top notch.

    Never bought a blazer here so I can't really compare.

    Joiji, I'm enjoying your posts. You have a very classic look to my eyes. I understand it can be tiresome to post the same thing so my advice is to post if you feel like it and not to feel obligated.

    Actually I was having a good day until my physio session. After admiring my outfit, she then proceeded to tear me to bits. I still hurt. :-(

    I have a $500 budget for a suit - can anyone suggest where I can pick up a decent quality suit for this price. I am located in Melbourne and I'm also open to suggestions online.

    How much was the pants? Are they custom ordered, because I cant find it listed on their site.

    Reminds me, MJ Bale quoted me $1200 to order one pair of pants to match their odd jacket, which I never ended up receiving... :sneaky2:

    Yeah you have to special order them. Hopefully they still have fabric left. $295 (more than usual for their pants because of the fabric).
