Get the loons out, man.
I would suspect that Natasha slightly re-wrote a press release from Lizzie Wagner.
The juvenile snarky bits about management would be by Natasha adding that bit of colour.
Its not journalism or style advice - its typing.
No doubt validated by a "university study"
I doubt most journalists would know how to knot a tie and even if they wore one it would be with a solid dark black shirt with a narrow collar and jeans.
Yup - this is the sophisticated people here. And Lizzie charges for this advice.
Good work Jason.
Blah's first drawing is great, simple, clean with a touch of real humour.
Reminds me of a wombat dressed as a Ninja Turtle. Don't see much of that around these days.
I'd probably take it to that guy opposite the GPO on Elizabeth St. Ekselman I think it is.
Thats about 9 new watches for me.
Buy one of those watch undoing tools for around $10 and do it yourself.
Seems like the worst thing that could happen would be a small scratch or two on the back. Who looks at the back.
Yeah, staggering isn't it. The missus took it in to the Mont Blanc shop for me in town and gave them an absolute serve when they told her. Then she rang me and continued to blast them while I was on the line. I really like my missus.
Grey or navy suit for graduation ceremony at night?
Alright, bear with me here, but has anyone been into a Ron Bennett store recently? Having previously avoided them like the plague, I accidentally ended up in one and was pleasantly surprised by their stock. One of their sales assistants explained they had remodelled big time as they were freaked out by the prospect of going under like Fletcher Jones. They have a new contemporary styled line, I picked up some nice slim fit oxford shirts for about $60 each full price and the quality of these is not far off a RL oxford I have. Some of their jackets are also really nice, they have very thin Italian style lapels and nice soft fabrics for about $200 each full price (fused of course but some of the best fused jackets I've seen). This line is actually made somewhere in Europe for anyone who is a sourcing snob, with a couple of pieces from Italy. Anyway, I'm in no way affiliated with them, but I'd love to see some people get behind an Australian retailer who is at least trying to change. The back of their store was still filled with "wear a suit because I have to" shit though.
If it's not your's, it doesn't really matter since it's not your ceremony.
If it's yours, it doesn't really matter since the garb will cover it all up anyway.
It's mine, and good point! I'll just close my eyes, spin around a few times and then make a decision.
Pretying tie isn't THAT bad. First couple of days it'll still look ok. I do that when I need to take my tie off during the day. Go to gym, loosen and duck out. After gym hoop it back on, tighten and out the door I go. Actually it's more to do with the fact that after gym my muscle get a little 'swollen' I find it hard to tie the knot...
Really though, pretie a $30 isnt really that bad a thing.
blah - we DO NOT want to hear about after gym my muscle get a little 'swollen'
I've got myself a cheap small handy bunch of watch tools from this place.
Very good and Australian
^^ Funny that I usually don't feel it until I'm in the change room...
Watch repair kit also available here: http://www.dealextreme.com/c/watch-repair-tools-419
Quality and shipping times not the best but it'll do the job most of the time. Very cheap and Chinese.
