1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Online fragrance shippers - cheap - I'm in need of some refills/new but the online mob I used to use seems to have disappeared.
I'm after Azzaro Pour Homme and Sung Homme

    Anyone cheaper than FragranceX?

This is probably the best menswear blog post I've seen in a long, long time.

Yes, especially the part about duffle coats. I'm inspired to wear mine now :)

Been reading Epoch's for a while. It's what's prompted me to look at getting a yellow raincoat.

Hey guys I was looking for a quick few recommendations on socks? I previously was pretty fond of Happy Socks but lately I've been finding they're too thin for my liking. I'll head into the city tomorrow and look at the Paul Smith, Pantherella, Falke and whatever else I can find. I was just wondering if anyone was willing to share their thoughts/some of their favourites? I think I'd prefer cotton socks I just like them on the slightly thicker side.

    Cheers

They do indeed discount Amouage. I picked up an Opus III tester from them at a sale once.

The closest thing to TV that I’ve tried is Phaeton Tabac Rouge, but they don’t carry it. If they have it at the sale, you might try L’Artisan Parfumeur Tea for Two - it has a honey and tobacco thing going, although it’s not hugely like TV.

Agree with these. I’d also recommend Monsieur Balmain, Annick Goutal Eau d’hadrian and Thierry Mugler Cologne. All those can be found cheap online.

Try Strawberrynet. They carry both of those and have always got some kind of promotion on. Free shipping if you order some non-fragrance item with it.

Big kudos to Suitsupply- they gave me a $300 AUD gift card as a price adjustment for my 2 suits purchased in U.S. Store. Best example customer service I have experienced. The gift card even turned out to be $373. Purchased The Havana brown check. This was sold out in eu44 . On Facebook chat with SuSu , got me order 46 on website and they tracked down last one from their Amsterdam store, swapped over the size. Now waiting game. Could possibly wear it twice before weather gets warm. It's the picture below

Does anyone know of some good watch repair stores in Sydney that are open on Saturday?

Yeh Sydney Vintage Watches in The Strand are great. They open on Saturdays until about 4pm.
What are you looking to get done?

They sound like they might cost a lot.

The crown is coming loose on my Orient Bambino which is stopping the date function from working properly. I'd like to get it tightened.

Sydney Vintage Watches are very professional and experiences. They are great with the higher end stuff.

You could probably get the crown fixed at those watch repair places in the shopping centres.
I've had a Seiko watch bracelet fixed at one of these places with no issues.
