1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

More like white shirts with a pink stripe down one side.

    Good times, good times!

Heads up Canberra members that are interested we'll be at the Hustle&Scout twilight markets this weekend with our friends from Braddon Tailors. Great way to see our products in person rather than over the net and maybe stock up on a few xmas presents.

We have also confirmed our next trunk show on Thursday Dec 11th at QT Hotel in New Acton (what used to be Rydges). More details to follow re that though.

Are you near Anzac Parade towards Kensington/Uni NSW? The Indonesian joints are pretty good and decent value for money.

Paid a visit to Oscar Hunt and I have to say I was impressed - the guys themselves are great but it makes a really big difference having a tailor on the premises.

Yep, navy double-breasted in Huddersfield birdseye - soft shoulders, peak lapels, welted pockets on chest and hips and single pleated, cuffed trousers with side adjusters and brace buttons. I had some requests about the button placement and jacket waist and they had no issues even though their standard pattern would have to be slightly adjusted.

Having Oscar the tailor there meant that I felt safe in explaining exactly what I was after knowing that he would understand how to adjust their measurements accordingly.

I'm really looking forward to it!

Guys I have got some nice shirts in an unusual size. Two shirts in size 14.5. I've attached photos.

The first is a Seize sur Vingt business shirt in a deep blue, maybe French or Cobalt blue. Real colour is a bit darker than the photo. The second is a Michael Bastian green plaid sports shirt. PM me if interested.

Sorry to hear that it was a letdown.

Strange they don't have pleated chinos any more. I have 2 from BB, one purchased at DJs, the other, a tan linen one, from Martin Place. Might have run out )-:

Also saw a pair of brown oxfords by Peale, but that might be gone too.

Had a long chat with one of the staff and it appears that BB NY is dictating what stock and sizes are available. If I had time I could go to Chatswood where I there might be some pairs. Also he claimed that it was DM's fault they didn't have any Alden's
