1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I did a little better than that. I passed on a 42 Cantarelli DB that I just couldn't see working, and a couple of Zegnas that looked pretty dodgy. Here's a cross-post of what I found:

I'm going to Darwin with the fiancee for a month as she's doing a stint for legal aid.

Too hot for undies? You beauty. What about pants?

I'll be sitting in a hotel room for a month working remotely.

It's too hot. I roasted in the pizza shop.

With youth speak I don't speak like that. The current trend is to talk in memes. Nothing shit's me up the wall more than this. Some guy at the party on Thursday said something "hurt his feels". I had to walk away.

I was complimented in the street for my "swag" last night - good to see the youth appreciate linen shirts and red trousers...

I'm finding it very difficult to drop 'lol' and 'ty' from my vocabulary.

Instead of 'lol', I prefer to use varying levels of 'haha':

A day in the life, Sunday 5am dog is whining at bedroom door needs a slash, put dog out.
5.10am dog decides its too cold outside starts barking, bring dog back in go back to sleep.
6.30 am boys alarm goes off and continues to go off Mrs GF gets up wakes boy who was going to watch NRL, but boy who came in at 3am goes back to sleep. Dog decices we should take him for his morning constitutional so starts barking, put dog out with again with a few choice words.
Now wide awake forget sleep check Rugby score Wallabies lost what else is new. Meanwhile Mrs GF gone back to sleep. 7am have coffee and write soliloquy on start of day, effing dog whining at back door, I'm convinced dog now 14 is either senile or has dementia, dog wins take dog for walk.

At least sun is shining. Then find out at 10am post did not post at 7am and is still on screen, effing ipad. SNAFU!

I went to a long standing friend's daughter's 21st last night at Ripples at Chowder Bay down the hill from Mosman Sydney and looking straight out over the Harbour. I have been there once before in high summer. Pretty hard to beat and the food is excellent.

I'm in Templestowe, and we're greek, not Italian.
As one of the younger/youngest member of this thread, I'll bite.

    Music
    - I listen to older Metal, newer Metal and Deep House/Trance/Dark Techno.

    Dress Sense
    - Classic Menswear and mainly Monochrome for Uni. I don't know how to describe my uni/casual wear.

    Talk
-Talk about all kinds of things.

    Drugs
    -I don't take drugs.

    Booze
    - When I'm with the guys from work it's lots of Scotch, but outside of that it's Vodka/Gin and Jager.

Chilly in Hobart today for conference. Great opportunity to layer and get some wear for fall/winter wear before putting into storage. Will try to get some food and wine in me provided conference allows.

Hi could I please borrow yall expertise once again

Was looking for a pair of loafers and stumbled on Swims - does anyone have an opinion or some experience with them? I'm hoping to be able to wear them for work, but the colours are definitely on the casual side

Andy Tom were also recommended on here - anyone have experience with them? A colleague has said the rubber nodules wear out heaps quick

Also please recommend which colour combo

Swims - pretty innovative concept, like the waterproofing

or maybe maroon? More versatile than navy?
