Do you have them? If so, can you explain more why you didn't like them.
Yeah mate there will be a few, but the majority will still be 8cm. But you'll be able to do a MTO width/length on all new designs at the Ludlows event/AW launch in April. Still to confirm fabrics but I'll put up some teasers closer to the date. The cashmere knits will be 7cm, and they'll be in burgundy, chocolate, grey and navy, however knits won't be available MTO, only 7 fold/classic construction (3 fold).
I'm also bringing in a small qty of cashmere gloves from Scotland to trial. And the thing with these is they have a couple of fingertips with a special finish on them that allows you to keep them on and use them with smartphones/tablets. They are very nifty.
I am just paying homage, Pink Socks
No need to change your name.
Oh awesome - I do like a nice 9cm tie
And I've seen gloves like that before, they're fantastic!
Hey Jason, any chance of some plain coloured cashmere ties for the upcoming seasons? I don't remember you mentioning cashmere ties, only scarves/gloves.
Yep see my post above, when I refer to cashmere knits I'm referring to knit ties. No cashmere regular ties this year but there will be some cool wool tweeds in 3 fold construction.
Btw, your MTO 7 folds will be here in the next 2 weeks.
Tweeds sound interesting. Good to hear about the MTO's too!
Damn! These are like the Old El Paso Kit of shoes.
this thread grows by 3-4 pages each day, going through it seems like a chore now eugh....
Well played, Sir. Well played.
Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!
Briefcase lite. I spent about a year carrying around a heavier briefcase, then you decide you can really get by with the minimum.
Sorry to hear about your problems, particularly when voiced through an additional post we all had to trawl through. I promise I'll only post one in two of my future posts from now on. You can hold me to it.
Back from KL yesterday, and yes, partly CNY celebration, but mostly Father in law's 70th.
As for SG, how about Malmaison at Knightsbridge Mall? In addition to watches, I believe they stock Charvet shirts and Rubi jackets and ties. Or Iris Tailor? Lastly, IIRC, there's a Church's at Ion Mall.
Food wise, the food court at Ion Mall is pretty darn excellent as well, and Tiong Bahru market houses a great hawker centre.
Hi CEP! Thanks for that and welcome back. It seems that you can leave Singapore for a week, return and see totally new buildings where the old ones were standing. Ion sounds interesting and Tiong Bahru market will be visited!
