1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Declining comment, the mark of a conglomerate.

Speaking of shoes, my Herrings showed up today and they're beautiful. Thanks for all your help guys!

I saw that. And I fucking loved and loathed it simultaneously. I want to be that rich, to not have to comment.

Also, what Herrings did you buy? :)

No way. RM Williams wanted to sell-out ages ago but never had the chance. If anything he'd be spinning in his grave at 379RPM out of sheer excitement.

Now I just need a pair of oxfords, and penny loafers, and then maybe a chukka...

Very nice! Why do you need a chelsea when you have two pairs of RMs?

After Romp's mention of Panerai watches, I just had a look at their website and fell in love, particularly with the Luminor 1950 Rattrapante 8 Days Titanio.
Then I saw the price. Back to reality of a Sydney mortgage.

Yep, the best time to buy Panerai was about a decade ago, I think! Prices in the "luxury" watch market, particularly watches that are trendy/popular, such as Panerai, have skyrocketed over the past 10 or so years.

Feeling kinda Italian today. G. Inglese shirt with soft one-piece collar, Battistoni tie, Herringbone suit, Pantharella socks, C&J Lowndes.

Please forgive the indifferent lighting, not a lot of sun today...

    Lovely tie.

Speaking of that, here is a quick sneak peak of what you will see on Thursday night at the trunk show. More to come tonight....

    Looking good, FP.

Are we still on for coffee this afternoon?

That's an excellent jacket, Jason, and the tie looks very nice, too (but where's your pocket square?). ;)

He did sell out once and regretted doing so immediately. He then bought the company back.

It's really shocking and incomprehensible as to why anyone would do something like this.

Thanks, the jacket is one of my favourites. No square today, trying to get an 8 week old fed and settled, getting ready and rushing out the door to the TNT depot to pick everything up & get to work, so it was just one less thing to think about.
