Just got my Owen & James white shirt!

The fit is AWESOME! Ahhh man it fits better than any other RTW shirt I have at the moment.

You guys need more basic colours!

Big ups to Rob for all the help with the sizing!

Florsheim cedar shoe trees arrived today. First time I've ever owned some... or possibly known anyone that's owned some. What's the world coming to?

I'll be buying a badger hair brush and straight razor soon, and wearing moleskin pants.

Hey glad to hear it fits well! Currently reviewing an order for spring/summer. Thinking a plain pale blue, a blue/white thin stripe, and then some new stuff we saw in pitti :)

Sorry Blah. I've tried a bit in RUI and Hiro lasts. Width wise they are the same, but RUI has more height in the toebox, if that makes sense. I think most people are taking the same size, or half a size up from their standard size in UK shoes.

Stay away from those straight blade and even DE razors mate, unless you've got an hour and a half to have a shave every morning. A good badger brush and soap (I like Crabtree & Evelyn) will do wonders and a modernish razor with as little blades as possible works best for me. I use the good old Gillette sensor excel (2 blades). Not even an ape needs 5 blades to shave their face.

    I'm never quite sure whether I should go a UK7/41EU or a UK7.5/41.5EU.

All the shoes I got from UK, I had bought 7.5UK and all of them better fitted if I went with 7UK. My Herrings and Cheaneys

Shoes from elsewhere I got 41 (Bexley) and 7AU (Bartalesi) both seem like I should have gone half size up.

The only shoe I think I got the right size for is the Borrelli one which I got 7.5UK.

If in doubt, size up imo. Worse comes to worse you run your first pair with a thin insole.
