Inside KPMG I think? The place that's divided into few different stores and the mens shop is labeled as such: Luisas Uomo.

I doubt it. If you actually worked there, you wouldn't be stupid enough to say what firm you worked for. Also, UBS IBD intern season is only over summer.

For $350 you can get MTO Meermin's... My $120 Charles Tyrwhitt/Loake semi brogues look better than those shoes anyway.

There is nothing wrong with either your thinking or your shoes. Just because you chose something that isn't "in" with the mob here doesn't mean you don't have a good pair of shoes that are perfect for what you bought them for.

My only correction is they are better than 99.9% of men's shoes in Australia, not 99.4%.

We're all challenged by your well thought out opinion.

    So fucking what.

Leave the kid alone. He bought a pair of shoes which aren't even that bad. Didn't read anywhere about how he burned the flag on Australia Day so why the hate? Back in your box tough guy.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come across so snide. I'm not hating on him, and he's right they are better than 99% of Australian shoes, I was merely pointing out that there are cheaper offerings as well.

I just don't appreciate name dropping tis all.

Good to see Australians being passionate about shoes.

Now can we leave the poor guy's PAs alone? If he got it at the Nordstrom sale, he is punching way above the price weight, and probably looks better than "99.9%" of the asswits around him. If he got it for full price, well, it is a learning experience *shrug*. Probably a better choice than my choice of $600 Blake stitched Ballys once upon a time ago.

I'd hardly call identifying yourself an intern as "name dropping", no matter what the firm. More like providing context as to his position and his work environment. But maybe I just give people the benefit of the doubt before I jump down their throat.

    No, it's accurate.

A quick question for gents in Sydney. How much will it cost to alter a jacket – chest and waist. Anyone in CBD can do this well at a cheaper price. Thanks in advance.:)

Fellas - quick interest check. I'm thinking flogging off a pair of Vass Old English in cordovan black sz 42.5F and 100% cashmere RLPL 42R olive glen plaid both are brand new. Let me know if anybody is keen. Cheers.
