Hi - not sure if this is the right place to post as it looks like there's an Australian thread but it just seemed like one long thread without any specific posting.
I'm in Sydney next week and need to buy a suit. I won't have time for MTM. Want something of good quality and have a budget of up to around 2k AUD or slightly more. I will only be in the conservative business dress. My understanding is that I have the following options:
- Harrolds for extremely high end with the price tag to match. Does anyone know what their own line retails for?
- Henry Bucks for Zegna, Canali, English tailors
- Other international brands such as Boss / Burberry that have their own boutiques and there is a premium paid for these in Australia.
- MJ Bale, Herringbone of the local operators.
Would there be any other options for me in Sydney conservative business dress? Some of the high end MJ Bale suits look quite nice, are they generally the best of the Australian brands?
